We are a rapidly growing property management company in the heart of San Francisco Financial District! We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is hard-working, experienced and eager to get started and contribute to an innovative and dynamic team. We are expecting another year of immense growth and we are in need of an extra set of hands to assist with office coordination, operations, and provide administrative support to our property managers. General Responsibilities for these positions include: • Maintain daily office operations • Act as first point of contact between tenants and contractors • Light travel coordination • Scheduling meetings • Schedule and maintain calendars in Outlook • Ability to multitask, stay highly organized and think ahead • Set up conference rooms • Plan office wide events • Create decks • Submit expense reports • Screen and direct incoming and outgoing calls • Manage ad hoc administrative projects as needed • Maintain and order office supplies as needed
