We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is hard-working, experienced and eager to get started and contribute to an innovative and dynamic team. We are expecting another year of immense growth and we are in need of an extra set of hands to assist with office coordination and provide administrative support. General Responsibilities for these positions include: • Making sure daily office operations are running smoothly • Light travel coordination • Scheduling meetings and calendaring • Ability to multitask, stay highly organized and think ahead • Set up conference rooms • Plan office wide events • Create decks • Submit expense reports • Screen and direct incoming and outgoing calls • Manage ad hoc administrative projects as needed • Maintain and order office supplies as needed
