Local Municipality company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to the growing team. Roles and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant: • Organizing backup records and e-filing system • Office warehouse cleanout and upkeep • Arranging and receiving deliveries and mail • Researching advantageous deals and information • Purchasing office supplies, packaging, event and marketing materials, etc. • Compiling documents and preparation for meetings • Data entry and accounting assistance • Carrying out any ad hoc tasks that facilitate the team's effectiveness Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant: • Ability to handle matters independently and expeditiously to successful completion • Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional maturity, positivity, and professional demeanor • Expert-level written and verbal communication skills • Strong capability of proactive decision-making and problem-solving • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Exemplary planning and time management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload with changing priorities The Administrative Assistant will work Fulltime Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
