An electronic component company in Rancho Bernardo is looking for an Administrative Assistant on a temp to hire basis. The Administrative Assistant will be supporting multiple managers and will be responsible for: - Procurement and maintenance of inventory - Coordinating vendors - Submitting and processing invoices - Tracking and distributing all access badges - Answering and transferring calls - Assisting with preparing lunches and events - Distributing mail - Updating company database - Other general administrative duties (filing, scanning, general correspondence, etc.) This company works Monday - Thursday with Fridays being 'as needed'.
