OfficeTeam is working with a growing innovative organization in Irvine to fill an entry level role as an Administrative Assistant to the Product Development team. As an Administrative Assistant in the Product Development team you will assist in every aspect of the product development life cycle. If you have previously worked in a retail environment this is a great transitional opportunity into a corporate environment. Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: - Assist with the creation of product specification sheets - Conduct market research and evaluate consumer behavior to share insights with the team - Assist in review of product samples and help to organize feedback - Collect, catalogue and manage a product log for approved product samples - Coordinate and track packages from Asia to ensure on time delivery - Help monitor online product reviews for quality assurance - Communicate daily with Asia via email - Perform various administrative duties as required
