OfficeTeam is partnering with a financial services company in the Lake Forest area in search of a dependable Administrative Assistant. This is the perfect opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who likes to stay busy and multi-task! The Administrative Assistant will support the VP and entire office with daily operations. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: -Maintain VP's calendar -Take meeting minutes -Schedule appointments -Coordinate with multiple departments and outside vendors -Prepare contracts -Maintain files -Coordinate with building maintenance -Order office supplies -Assist with HR projects
