General Office Clerk Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable - Experience with Excel - navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience - Typing under 45 words per minute experience desired - Deep understanding of Microsoft Word - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities - Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally - Experience handling office equipment - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
