OfficeTeam is seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the liaison between the warehouse and customer service department for a manufacturing company! The Administrative Assistant position is a temporary opportunity covering a maternity leave. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for: -Ensuring all shipping receiving documents are completed on time -Develops inbound and outbound freight schedules -Enters all inbound receipts from plant, outside vendors, co-packers, and public warehouses, and resolves any discrepancies found -Coordinates export shipments with customer service representatives, forwarder, carriers and inspectors -Schedules customer pickup orders with customers -Researches exceptions and resolves issues with appropriate parties -Interacts with customers, carriers, customer service representatives, and Plant 1 employees on a daily basis, maintaining a detail oriented and courteous relationship with all The ideal Administrative Assistant must be immediately available!
