Our client in the technology field located in Lexington, MA is looking for a sales support assistant to start a temporary to hire engagement as soon as possible. Our client is looking for a detail oriented, organized, administrative assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have a good personality, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbally. Intermediate skills are required with Word, Excel and Outlook. The main job responsibilities for this administrative position involve answering calls from customers and regional sales team, receive and review purchase orders, process return products, work with shipping to provide status updates, quote product cost to customers, maintain customer files and sales contracts, help maintain inventory levels, provide sales support and administrative tasks when needed.
