OfficeTeam is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for an Auto Auction company in Acton, MA on a temporary to hire basis. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering and transferring calls, taking messages when necessary, calling dealerships to discuss lease returns, scheduling pick-ups of cars at different car dealerships sites, and other administrative tasks as need. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, have excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to multi task This is a great entry level position to gain office experience.
