A reputable company located in Parsippany, New Jersey is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary to hire basis! Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include answering phones, meeting scheduling, copying, scanning and filing as well as data entry. This individual will also be responsible for handling travel arrangements for multiple internal employees, processing expense reports and any conference room bookings. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Pro is a must! This role is for individuals with 2+ years of Administrative experience and this candidate must be organized, reliable and detail oriented.
