We have a great opportunity in the Newtown Square area. Our premier client is in need of an Administrative Assistant. This temporary position with the possibility of becoming full time. Responsibilities Include: • Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail and packages arrive at their proper destinations • Maintain conference rooms, kitchen and file/supply area and order general office supplies • Set up/clean up conference rooms before and after meetings • Coordinate visitor space and book conference room accordingly • Organize catering for meetings for site colleagues • Assist visiting colleagues when needed What we're looking for: • Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word • Excellent Verbal and Written Skills • Customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • At least one year of Administrative Assistant experience • Great organizational skills This is a great opportunity to expand your experience in the administrative field.
