OfficeTeam currently has an open position for a determined Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. You will perform a number of different administrative and office support duties. The ideal Administrative Assistant will have knowledge and experience with Raiser's edge, he/she must have some experience working with a fund raising database. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant that have experience in a non-profit environment, proficient with managing data/data entry, excellent Microsoft office word and excel. Must be detailed oriented with solid and accurate data coordination skills, and have the ability to quickly learn new programs and work independently on multiple projects. This Administrative Assistant role is a long term temporary opportunity and is located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Key responsibilities - Back various projects for other employees - Tend to word processing, filing, and faxing duties - Greet and direct visitors - Handle telephone calls
