A prominent company in Philadelphia is looking for an organized and focused Administrative Assistant to support their busy office! Some of the daily responsibilities will include calendar management, coordinating travel both domestic and international, Planning and setting up for meetings, email correspondence, taking and distributing meeting minutes and expense reports. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite, as it will be used on a daily basis. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will also support various projects for other employees as needed, along with being the liaison for the department!
