We have a blooming Floral Shop located in Layton who is looking to add an amazing Administrative Assistant to their team. They need an Administrative Assistant who is organized, has great attention to detail, works quickly, and loves to smile. They love to treat their Administrative Assistants with fresh flowers on their desk, and will sometimes let you take them home at the end of the day. Our Administrative Assistant would have the following responsibilities • Always positive, team-oriented attitude, consistent follow-through and openness to feedback • A diplomatic and exceptionally clear communication style • Critical thinking - you get nuance and can read between the lines • Strong attention to detail and a firm grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Lead/manage multiple, and complex, schedules calendars, which includes setting up, and scheduling department (global) meetings. • Prepare expense reports • Prepare documents in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Manage office related duties (supplies, samples, files, organize, etc.) • Coordinate internal and external meetings for multiple executives • Answer a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate. • Process incoming and outgoing mail; deliver outgoing mail to Post Office • Maintain the common areas • Make copies, send and distribute faxes and maintain copy and fax machines • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed
