Family oriented CPA firm is looking to full-time a front desk Administrative Assistant. The ideal person for this role has a background in administrative support and experience communicating effectively with internal and external customers. This person should have excellent follow through with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will also be efficient, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
Heaving scheduling, follow up calls to clients, putting together tax packets. Orders office supplies. Prepares and processes purchase requisitions and vendor invoices. Organizes and maintains files, correspondence, records, and other documents. Handles billing, invoices, deposits and some collections.
