The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the project's superintendent and manager by managing their calendars and schedules, answering phones, filing, completing reports in Microsoft Word and Excel, employee tracking, and minimal travel arrangements. The Administrative Assistant MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. The candidate must also be willing to work overtime hours and have availability to work 6:30am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday.
