Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job:
Provide clerical support to department head, associate director and 3 managers as required
Manage several department calendars to schedule appointments
Answer phones and direct traffic into department in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements for this Administrative Assistant job:
Previous professional office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong and accurate data entry skills
This Admnistrative Assistant job works Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour scheduled lunch. This is a temporary assignment. Pay is $12.00 - $15.00/hour.
