Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job:
Make calls to regulated clients for updated information
Do online searches for information
Data base clean-up using client's software
Work one on one with Lab personell to learn some lab duties to assist in that area
Perform simple lab duties to assist with work overflow
Data Entry of information into client databases
Answer phones and assist visitors to the office
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant job:
Previous office clerical experience in a professional setting
Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Knowledge and Invoice Processing Experience preferred
Be professional and have legible hand writing skills;
Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
This Administrative Assistant job works Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4pm with an scheduled lunch. This is a temporary assignment 1-2 months. Pay is $14.00/hour.
