Administrative Assistant

This Administrative Assistant Role will support the Leadership Team and reports to the HR Manager

Duties Include:
-Company Store management
-Coordinates calendars, training events, schedules meetings including preparing meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
-Assist with preparing for facility wide events
-Assist HR in scheduling and organizing on-site assessments and interviews
-Arranges business travel and assists with expense reports
-Maintain personnel and medical files
-Order shipping and copy room supplies as needed and ensure the supplies closet is stocked
-Lead "5s" in the office areas (General Housekeeping Duties - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
-Ensure that the facility, especially the break room and the common areas are clean and fully stocked serving as the contact for the cleaning vendor
-Manage the on-site massage and reflexology schedule
-Sort incoming and outgoing mail
-Suppliers invoice management
-Review the materials rejection log for payment status
-Assist with other tasks/duties as assigned

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma is REQUIRED
-Minimum 2 years of Secretarial Administrative experience
-Experience and expertise in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel
-SAP experience is preferred
-Flexible and multitasking
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Organized and detailed oriented
-Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
