Adecco is currently assisting a local Cleaning and Restoration company in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant position in Redding, CA. This is a full time opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for performing all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management tracking, scheduling of jobs and customer satisfaction activities. Perform basic accounting duties relating to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and banking. Perform general office duties such as drafting correspondence, filing and creating reports. Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant position include:
-Answers phones, provide customer service and maintain log of all calls
-Coordination of schedules for the technician crew staff
-Manage Work-In-Progress Board
-Prepare job paperwork for the Crew/ Estimator
-Perform daily bookkeeping activities and distribute financial reports
-Assist with managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Maintaining file system, company calendar, outgoing and incoming email and mail
-Other duties as assigned
-Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
-Knowledge of Exact mate a plus
-Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Strong Typing and Data Entry skills
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 with possible overtime.
Hourly Pay Rate: $12-$16.00/hour DOE.
