Adecco has an immediate opportunity for a THREE MONTH assignment for an Administrative Assistant with this national leader, located in Charlotte, NC.

Position Details

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: Three months

Hours: 40 hours per week


Administrative Assistant Position Details:


Performs a variety of administrative functions.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation.
Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects, prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget.
Needs knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager
Must have communication and computer skills


Position is for a research project - Accuracy and attention to detail are highly important.

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Computer skills
Verbal and Written communication skills
