Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client in Southern Westchester. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with excellent growth potential.
The right candidate will have experience assisting all levels of staff. They will have experience arranging domestic and international travel as well as submitting expenses for the Executive team. Coordinate and set up of confernence room for meetings and lunches. The responsiblities also include front desk reception,all correspondence and monitoring of all social media. This is a great position for a self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Proficiency with MS Word,Excel Powerpoint
Prior Experience with travel arrangements
