Administrative Assistant

Adecco is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with HR functions at a warehouse site in West Chester, PA. This is a temp-to-permanent ground floor up opportunity. If you are looking for an HR Administrative career opportunity with room for growth, please apply today!

Job Duties:

Data entry
Daily Tracking
Unemployment / Workers comp filing
Employee Relations / Engagement
Interviewing / Onboarding
Customer Relations
Other duties as needed


Proven professional communication skills.
Ability to manage confidential information.
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Ability to meet guidelines and work under pressure.

Required Skills:

2+ years of previous administrative experience
Strong oral and written skills
Excellent computer skills a must

Pay Rate Range: $13-15/hr
Schedule: 9 am to 5:30 pm Mon - Fri
