Adecco has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant inClearwater,FL.The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding and making outbound calls with clients, word processing, updating spreadsheets, and data entry. Extensive software skills are required as well as strong communication skills both verbal and written. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Makes outbound calls to sites requesting feedback on newly installed software. Serves as the first point of customer contact Enters all call activity into online Technical Support database Escalates calls as directed for resolution. Must have the ability to work under moderate supervision. Schedule service calls Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Performs all duties on time and is proactive in improving customer relations and internal processes. Excellent knowledge of customer service practices and procedures. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills along with good phone etiquette. Demonstrates self-control and understanding of customer situations and can works well under pressure. Candidate should possess a basic knowledge and understanding of the payment processing industry, Windows networking knowledge and the ability to accurately type 45 words per minute. Have the ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Certification or 2 years job related experience in the following: Windows 2000, XP andVISTA operating systems Basic Windows Networking General knowledge of how to navigate Software Directories and File Relationships General knowledge of standard office equipment Related software applications Education: Associate's degree in computer science, management information systems or related fields, from an accredited college or university, is preferred. Equivalent degree from technical schools or 2 year's related experience with general high school education is acceptable.
