Job Description:
Support the medical office on-site administratively and assisting the front desk on an adhoc basis as a backfill.
Some duties may include: invoicing, submitting/managing catering orders, filing, copying, scheduling, answering phones, and handling electronic medical records use. People interaction all day long in a very busy office.


Specific Requirements-
Experience front desk or supporting medical office preferred. Highly skilled in Microsoft office. Must be able to multitask and make decisions in a professional.
