Administrative Assistant (Direct-Hire/ Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Rockville, MD
Summary: Adecco Direct Hire Division is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and reporting duties for an international organization. $50,000-$58,000 yearly salary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in creating, developing, and the distribution of reports, presentations, manuscripts, and other documents
Database management - inputting, retrieving, and modifying data in order to generate reports
Website maintenance and managing project files and archives
Plan, organize, and coordinate phone calls and meetings
3+ years of experience drafting and coordinating complex reports, documents and presentations
Bachelor's degree Preferred
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Working knowledge of Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and Macromedia Dreamweaver a PLUS
Previous experience working in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) Preferred
