Job Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and organized
Polished demeanor and presentation
Greet customers and clients
Answering multi line phone systems, transfer calls, etc.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Office Administrative duties


Excellent Customer Service
HS Diploma or equivalent
Team Player
Has the ability to be multitask
3-4 Years Receptionist experience
Previous experience working in a legal setting
