Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Administrative Assistant - job in Lafayette. This is a temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
* Keying payroll, reporting, setup work orders and change labor reports
* Process mail, answer phones
* Handle confidential data in an appropriate manner at all times
* Maintain filing system for documents
* Prepare correspondences
* Process expense forms and other forms
* Prepare documents for pay processing
* Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets; accuracy required
* Other duties as assigned
* Office experience required
* Excellent Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Strong Data Entry
* Accurate, detail oriented and organized
* Can work independently and in a team environment
* Self-motivated and takes responsibility for own work; can manage interruptions
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Pay for this position is $15.00/hr. Hours may vary 7-3, 8-4, 7-4
