Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a company headquartered in Cincinnati in their search for an administrative assistant at their downtown office! As an administrative assistant, you would be responsible for providing support to the marketing services department.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Produce weekly print circulars for banners
2. Perform copywriting and project management duties
3. Work within Microsoft Excel to provide administrative support
5. Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

1. Excellent Excel skills
2. Great communication skills
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Familiar with working in a deadline-driven environment
