Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
Greet customers in a friendly manner
Answer phones and update computer records
Direct delivery drivers to correct dock locations
Complete bill of lading paperwork
Work with excel spreadsheets and Microsoft word documents daily.
High school diploma
1-2 years related experience and/ or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with Microsoft Windows including Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
