We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a great local company. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones and directing to the appropriate extension, preparing data for computer entry, filing, mailing, faxing, and contributing to a team effort.
Communication skills, both verbal and written is a must. Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures. Possess integrity and a dedication to results. Organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as with others. The ideal candidate will be deadline and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
Candidates should also have excellent data entry, typing skills, and know and be able to use Microsoft Office & Excel.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the pay is $10.00 an hour
