Adecco has a current job opportunity for a Administrative Support Assistant in Plano TX
The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for, but not limited to:
Managing department calendars and schedules, scheduling ad-hoc and reoccurring meetings, making conference room reservations and obtaining equipment as necessary.
Supporting executive management. May be asked to function as lead for other support positions in department.
Supporting EHS (Environmental, HazMat and Safety) departmental data management and special projects, maintaining share drive folder structure and overseeing adherence. Providing data entry, scanning and other clerical support to department management/administrators.
Coordinating EHS department activities, including meeting and event logistics. Prepare agendas, reserve rooms and equipment, schedule meetings, verify set-ups, draft communications, take minutes, and perform other follow up as required.
Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
When responding to customer inquiries related to projects, budget, purchases, etc., candidate must assess needs and determine the relevant information to communicate so that the customer can make an informed decision.
Be accountable for assuring agreed upon deadlines for project and data work are adhered to and, if there is an unforeseen delay
Resolve budget discrepancies as they occur and follow the resolution of the issue to completion.
Ability to feel comfortable speaking in/to large groups when performing admin duties.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proficient with Skype for business and Outlook.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
