Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
- Providing general administrative/clerical support to purchasing and sales.
- Enters data into the sales database, processes and files sales quotes
- Provides back-up to the Receptionist
- Will perform other job duties, as required.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
- Basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail
Position pays $15-$17 per hour.
