Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job include:
- Scan tax documentation and save into Share File
- Provide exceptional and professional services to Clients that are calling and visiting the office
- Log-In and track income tax information and returns as they are being processed
-Pull Prior Year tax return copy
-Compile Tax Return and Contact Client
-Mail income tax returns
-Keep Client information confidential and safe
-Use Microsoft Excel for data entry purposes
-Assist with general office tasks as needed
-Previous office experience needed
-Proficient in Microsoft Suite
-Ability to work independently
-Professionalism is required
-Previous experience working with tax documentation is preferred
Hours are starting at full-time Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Potential for flexible hours after tax season. Compensation will be based off of experience.
