Aids all employees with general administrative functions, purchasing, product orders, ets. Further completes offi ce upkeep duties and general office administration tasks as assigned.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Support key operation administrative processes at branch level, including processing of purchase orders, accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer invoicing
-Enter project bookings, change orders and cost revisions into financial system
-Create and maintain financial spreadsheets, documents, records and files
-Coordinate subcontractor and vendor setup process
-Update branch financial metrics in a timely manner
-Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external finance resources, including suppliers and customers
-P erform general office administration including reception/visitor control duties.
-Other duties may be assigned
The requirements listed below are representative of the education, experience, skills
and/or abilities required. An individual must meet the minimum requirements as listed in each Qualifications subsection.
Two years relevant work experience. Prefe rence will be given to candidates that have relevant experience within a "construction trades" company.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to
influence and persuade internal and external Customers, listen effectively, and solicit input
Intermediate (to advanced) ability to use Microsoft Office programs including but not limited
to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple
demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the
ability to manage resource procurement.
Proven ability and to work effectively in a team-based environment.
