We are seeking a high level and polished professional for this long term temporary opportunity. Work in a fast paced, high energy environment manage calendars, schedule meetings, monitor email and incoming and outgoing correspondence. In addition, this assistant will be responsible for telephone coverage, which will include fielding a variety of internal and external inquiries.

Experience: • 4 Year Degree preferred or 3+ years' experience working in a corporate environment

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant experience supporting high level executives in a professional environment

• MS Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced skill level of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.) Typing skills must also be intermediate to advanced (typing test)

• Answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone system

• Handle additional projects as assigned

• Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material

• Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues

• Preparing presentation materials, Copying and binding handbook material, Updating and proofreading department manuals; Maintaining spreadsheets

• Ordering supplies

• Calendaring, arranging meetings or conferences

• Professionalism is a must

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Multi-tasker; someone who is not easily flustered
