Administrative Assistant The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting Comerica's internal management team. Position Competencies Successful incumbents possess integrity and trust, are action oriented and able to adapt to change, takes ownership, fosters diversity, demonstrates the necessary functional and technical skills, communicates effectively and is a team player.

Position Responsibilities:

* Interface with internal clients, management and staff. * Prioritize work and handle tasks independently with minimal supervision. * Prepare internal reports and correspondence. * Maintain various department files. * Schedule appointments and meetings. * Assist managers with travel plans. * Interact with other departments to obtain information needed to accomplish tasks and meet client needs. * Ensure processes are completed in a timely manner. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Relocation No relocation assistance is provided for this position. Travel Travel is not required of this position.

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) * 3 years of administrative experience * 1 year of customer service experience * 1 year of experience working with multiple supervisors/managers * 3 years of experience in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
