If so, then join the Marketing Activation Team and contribute to the success of PepsiCo North America Beverages by providing administrative support to the Vice President, Marketing Activation and three Senior Directors.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Maintain complex daily calendar and own the scheduling process for all meetings and venues
  • Coordinate domestic and (on a more infrequent basis) international travel arrangements
  • Proactively ensure travel arrangements meet manager's needs for maximum productivity
  • Seek to identify areas for improved process efficiencies in department and partner with manager/department assistants to develop new processes for accomplishing work
  • Provide a variety of business support - e.g., developing/distributing powerpoint presentations, mail, etc.
  • Manage reproduction of large color presentation decks, bounding, etc., with repro services
  • Organize meetings, offsites, consumer-deep dive sessions, and assist on special projects as needed
  • Manage and administer Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expense reporting and invoice processing using SAP, in a timely manner ensuring correctness
  • Provide PO status summary on a monthly basis
  • Organize and maintain departmental files (both electronic and hard copy) and supplies
  • Provide support with highly confidential materials/documents
  • Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
  • Manage all initiation of new employee needs / onboarding as well as office moves


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong sense of urgency plus a willingness to learn and take on projects
  • Must have great attention-to-detail, be team-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and posses the ability to communicate across teams
  • Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others
  • Discretion with sensitive/confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of management
  • Experience with Mac software required
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook required
  • Basic knowledge of PepsiCo Systems preferred (10X Sessions - T&E, APS); Willingness to learn new software as needed
  • Sense of fiscal responsibility

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • 4+ years relevant experience
  • Experience supporting multiple managers and interacting with all levels of management
