The Administrative Assistant is a critical team member in the Marketing organization that will help coordinate activities that enable excellent communication and collaboration across the organization in service to driving incremental growth for Away From Home.

This position will:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to a VP and provide extended support for team requests, meetings and other administrative tasks
  • Provide calendar management, including the scheduling process for meetings and team events for a team, tele-presence reservations, other offsite venues as needed, meeting invites, ordering meals, etc.
  • Work with other executive support peers and have access to sensitive/confidential executive material
  • Work on reporting, budgeting and PowerPoint decks
  • Provide support on ad-hoc problem solving matters and business analysis
  • Organize and maintain correspondence and records; following up on pending matters with limited direction
  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements
  • Complete travel & expense reports
  • Process invoice payments


Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma, Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Demonstrated and proven problem solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work in ambiguity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, flexibility to changing priorities, and team orientation
  • Strong organizational skills are a must with an ability to plan, prioritize, and execute
  • Self-starter
