Position Summary:
Under moderate supervision of multiple Customer Service Managers and Supervisors the candidate will be responsible for handling the day to day administrative functions of 1 to 3 Customer Service Business Units. The candidate will ensure uniformity and continuity in practices governing the administration of each department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of management and leaders
  • Maintain schedule and PTO for all CS divisions within their realm of responsibility
  • Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports
  • Create "on demand" reporting and projects as requested
  • Serve as a liaison with MIS to set up new users in the company TMS system
  • Assisting CS managers and associates with daily administrative needs
  • Handle payroll (Kronos) approvals and updates for associate pool.
  • Prepare and distribute department correspondences with Managerial approval
  • Monitor CS compliance on company Training Resource Center
  • Track and pay invoices associated with core business needs

Qualifications:
Experience and Educational Requirements
  • College Education and/or previous work experience with same or similar title
  • Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations
  • Normally requires two(2) years directly related experience
