Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Administrative Assistant-Part Time job in Lafayette, IN. This is a temporary opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant you will assist with project management including oversight of production schedules and paperwork/data entry associated with estimating projects, print approvals from clients, and invoicing. *Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
*Comfortable working on a Macintosh computer
*Ability to manage a variety of tasks from a variety of people
*Professional communication skills ¿ verbal and written
*Maintains calm when things get hectic
*Tech savvy, not afraid to learn new technology
* High school diploma
* Two-plus years of experience working in an office environment
Pay for this position is $14.00 - $17.00/hr. base upon experience. Will start out 30 hours a week may increase hours. This is a temporary opportunity.
