Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports and analysis using various software packages and databases. Must fall in one of the following categories: 1.) Work in a lead capacity, usually directing the work of others, providing instruction and guidance to lesser experienced employees2.)Responsible for two or more complex processes, utilizing technical skills (i.e. queries, LAN assistance, etc.)3.)Provides administrative support for vice presidential level management performing advance, diversified confidential administrative duties.Individuals at this level may perform office support functions, as outlined in lower levels, but these are not the primary focus of their position.
Candidate must possess strong MS Office and Auto CAD skills. Reception Problem call dispatch Excel Word Access - Using Custom built User interfaces PowerPoint Visio Strong AutoCAD Skills Print/ Plot/ Scale drawings. - Obtain Measurements from floor plans. - General Admin. - Mail, Shipping & Receiving Appropriation Logging, Filing, follow-up Contracts - Maintenance and Renewal Input Purchase Order, generation and Processing of invoices to Financial Service Center (office side) Check Authorization Request Ordering of Monthly Housekeeping/maint/office Supplies (tracking and receipt) Event Scheduling and Reservations Data Show/ Keys - Reservations / Dispatching / Receiving / Repair Facility Equipment - Reservations / Dispatching / Receiving / Repair Bi-Weekly Move Consolidation and Coordination Seating Database input Emergency Contact Wallet card ( Bi-Annual) Seating database Training of new users Conference room Booking.
