* Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications used within business environment

* Fulfill product order requests by various team representatives or Management

* Room reservations, meeting invites, and monitors the overflow phone messages.

* Process daily mail/distribution of customer letters, and log deliveries from HPI shipping/Receiving dept.

* May involve interacting with HP customers via phone and/or email depending on business environment workload and working with HP department managers on customer resolutions

* Maintain specified spreadsheets for record-keeping purposes

* Order office supplies as needed for the department

* Facility and Maintenance requests

* Plan and facilitate office events


* Strong communication skills such as: listening, clarifying, defusing, and summarizing potential customer concerns.

* Ability to reference and document clearly; using a variety of HPI tools, applications and databases, i.e., Excel, Outlook. MS Word

* Enjoy participating in a team environment.

* Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters.

* Flexible and able to manage daily responsibilities in a dynamic environment.


* Experience working with customers and/or others in a fast paced customer-focused, team- based environment.
