RESPONSIBILITIES* Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications used within business environment* Fulfill product order requests by various team representatives or Management* Room reservations, meeting invites, and monitors the overflow phone messages.* Process daily mail/distribution of customer letters, and log deliveries from HPI shipping/Receiving dept.* May involve interacting with HP customers via phone and/or email depending on business environment workload and working with HP department managers on customer resolutions* Maintain specified spreadsheets for record-keeping purposes* Order office supplies as needed for the department* Facility and Maintenance requests* Plan and facilitate office eventsQUALIFICATIONS* Strong communication skills such as: listening, clarifying, defusing, and summarizing potential customer concerns.* Ability to reference and document clearly; using a variety of HPI tools, applications and databases, i.e., Excel, Outlook. MS Word* Enjoy participating in a team environment.* Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters.* Flexible and able to manage daily responsibilities in a dynamic environment.EXPERIENCE* Experience working with customers and/or others in a fast paced customer-focused, team- based environment.
