Job Description: Responsibilities may be quite diverse and are non-technical in nature. U. S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job.
This position supports the Director of Research and Development Strategic Sourcing and the team that is spread across several major US and international sites.
Work in a diverse and complex environment that includes customer and executive contact. Performs complex administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or group varying in size.
Skill sets required, not limited to:
o Expert in Microsoft Outlook, especially email and calendaring
o MS Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Lync video conferencing, audio bridge and conference room scheduling
o 5 years of supporting Sr./Executive level management office in a fast-paced, complex environment.
o Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
o Strong customer orientation and an interactive team player.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities.
o Sound judgment and decision making ability in resolving complex problems.
o Professional ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely.
o Self-motivated to meet deadlines independently.
o Other desired job skills include analytical and strategic-thinking abilities, customer orientation, networking abilities, and strong teamwork skills.
o A resource for Intel specific applications
o Possible travel to Intel Folsom
o Previous Intel Administrative Assistant experience preferred
