We currently have an opportunity for a results –oriented Administrative Coordinator who is looking to get involved in the entertainment industry. Responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing. Motivated Administrative Coordinator should have strong computer skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, (position involves mail merging, pivot tables and presentation design) as well as Internet research skills.
