Financial Assistant Overview
This position will assist with creating program budgets, maintain and reconcile budgets and accounts. Review daily deposit reports, track travel prepayments, reconcile monthly general ledger transactions, and update budget with actual results.


Desired Experience & Skills:
Assoc. in Business, Accounting, and 2-3 years┬┐ experience
Proficiency in Excel and general computer software and operating systems
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to create, manipulate, and interpret financial reports
Initiative, communications, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in team environment
Effective phone and communication skills

Responsibilities:
Work with program developers and planners to create viable budgets, capturing total revenue, direct and indirect expenses. Review reports and analyze data to inform budget building.
Update daily deposits
Maintain and reconcile transactions
Update department earnings reports, reconcile against log and general ledger.
Reconcile online deposits monthly.
Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing.
Perform other duties as assigned.
