General Summary:
The Foodservice Coordinator (FSC) is responsible for supporting the Foodservice Sales Representatives, Managers and Directors. FSCs core work will primarily lay in one of the core four functions below, but could include customer service requests and other service areas identified. The FSC will work with location teams, support teams, sales and the customer to identify, prevent, and communicate resolution on customer issues. This role will rely heavily on communication skills both verbal and written to ensure complete understanding and resolution of customer needs.

Finance Coordinators
  • Administer pricing for current customers including:
    • PCR - Price change requests (new / current packages & free goods)
    • Coordinate annual / contractual price increases
    • Maintaining / adding pricing groups as requested by finance
  • Research & review wholesale pricing deliveries and iPRO inquiries to solve root cause
  • Administer contract information via TPM, including:
    • Customer agreement / contract setup
    • Beverage agreement maintenance
    • Customer accruals - calculating manual payments , verifying and researching issues and exceptions / adjustments
  • Maintaining / delivering documentation to support payments
  • Entering quarter-end and year-end inputs to successfully roll-over programs
  • Communicate with all other FSC coordinator functions to resolve customer issues as needed
  • Coordinate TPM approval flow as needed, ensuring programs are routed to correct individuals for approval
  • Calculate customer rebate payments based on volume growth and other criteria


Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • High school or GED required
  • 2 years of previous sales, logistics or customer service / sales experience
  • Strong communication (verbal / written)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge (formatting, data input, locating information)
    • Finance role prefers strong Excel skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organization
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize well
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to works independently and with team members to resolve customer issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge iPRO, CRM
  • Intermediate (CMB, HHC, DEAL, TPM, ERT, CETs, etc) or training ability
  • Experience in FS Sales as well as support functions preferred (MEM, Control & Compliance, A/R, Finance)
