A brighter future is in your hands. We're currently seeking a full time Administrative Staff person with accounting background to assist our office administrative management team. The Admin Staff person will ensure that invoices for vendors and subs are processed and paid according to our Company policy.
What you'll do:
Inputting invoices in an accurate and timely manner
Performing research and tracking invoice payments for our vendors
Maintaining positive relationships with company suppliers and subs
Providing customer service to external customers
Work closely with Project Managers and Purchasing team.
Work closely with our subs to track and maintain required documents that are job specific.
Skills we're seeking:
Minimum 4-year experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Accounts payable processing skills
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience producing error free and accurate work
Strong work ethic
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
