Registrar Administrative Support Coordinator: A client located in Warrendale is in need of a Registrar Administrative Support Coordinator to join the team. This is a potential temporary-to-hire position with hours Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. The candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Registrar and maintain compliance with industry requirements. The candidate will assist with customer satisfaction surveys, on-boarding processes, sales and scheduling support, form creation and support for audits, training, records maintenance and presentations. Associates Degree or higher level of education is preferred. Candidate must have at least 2 years of previous administrative experience and must have excellent time management skills and communication skills, both written and verbal. A candidate strong in database management and data analysis is highly preferred.
